FOUNDER & CEO, PEOPLE AND TALENT ADVISOR
Erika leads our people strategy, advising leadership about efficiencies in people operations and talent. As a fractional head of People to client companies, she provides versatile insights to optimize culture and drive organizational growth.
Erika brings over twenty years of both strategic leadership and hands-on experience in key stakeholder management for issues related to HR, talent management inclusive of talent acquisition, organizational development, employee relations, compliance and governance, analytics and reporting.
Erika is passionate about entrepreneurship, scaling businesses, and having teams succeed inside of their organizations.
Outside of people advising, Erika enjoys staying active through running and cycling, and traveling with family and friends. She’s a proud mom to three wonderful children.

Vabby is the dynamic force behind our talent acquisition function. With a passion for scouting the best talent for your team, he offers a unique blend of precision and creativity to the recruiting process.
Vabby is also well versed in APAC HR Ops supporting clients through their day-to-day HR needs, fostering employee satisfaction, and smooth people operations.
Outside of work, you can find him exploring long scenic routes or capturing breathtaking moments with his camera.
